<p class="abstract">Reconstitution of the facial profile can be achieved in a depressed‘midface “, by supplementation nasal osteo-cartilagious skeleton utilizing autologous tissue or synthetic prosthesis, Bone from iliac crest and cartilages septum, cymba conchal rib are accepted grafts wide use. The costo-chondral junctional cartilage is ideal situations demanding excess graft, then harvested ear septum. Moreover, this graft though easily cut mouldable, gives rigid sharp to nose.
